If you're collecting your laptop in the office:

You might have an appointment with your IT team. Don’t forget to bring your old device with you — they’ll place it in this box and arrange to send it back to us for refurbishment.

If you’ve received this box at home:

Please pop your old device inside the box, then scan the QR code located on the TOTE (hard) box. It’ll take you to the shipping instructions so we can arrange a collection from your doorstep.
