We remove all personal data and existing software from the device using approved data wiping software.
The device is then thoroughly cleaned so that there is no grime or dirt on the outside and no dust on the inside.
We audit and grade all devices using our strict guidelines to ensure there is not any significant damage or defects that may affect the operation of the device.

We then carry out our 70 point test, ensuring components such as the RAM, SSD, Processor, Power Supply and battery are performing at our high expected standard.
Following the testing, we then replace or repair any components which we have found to be defective or under-performing.
The device is installed with the latest operating system.
Final step: Grading refurbished equipment
Our Grade A refurbishment process ends when the device is given a Functional & Cosmetic grade that goes between Excellent (Grade A1), Good (Grade A2) and Fair (A3).
