Instructions
Please complete our online form (where you clicked to access this page) with the information of the unit that needs repairing.
Once you have completed the form, you'll have the opportunity to download a .pdf of your request. Please do so at that time, as you will not be able to do it after.
Once you have completed the form (as many times as devices you have in need of repair) and downloaded each of the .pdfs with your request, please print them and place them individually with each faulty device. If the faulty unit is a laptop, please place the form between the lid and keyboard.
Pack the devices carefully with plenty of protective bubble wrap.
We will arrange for our support company Apex Evolution to contact you to arrange collection of the faulty devices, they will require the approximate measurements of the parcel to provide to DPD. DPD will collect the parcel, (bringing a returns label with them) and transport the devices back to the warehouse for repair. Once repaired the devices will be couriered back to your offices via DPD.
If you are finished uploading your calls, please contact Paige Briscoe (pbriscoe@innovent.co.uk) to inform how many boxes will be available for collection.
