Case Study: Jackson Lees
With headquarters in Liverpool, Jackson Lees part of MAPD Group are a legal services firm working on behalf of both personal & commercial clients. Historically the Group has grown through acquisition into a 280 employee firm with coverage throughout the North West.
Throughout 2021 Jackson Lees embarked on a technology upgrade of its core systems to a new Managed Service provider, a refresh that could be said to have been long overdue.
Part of this project was a review of the end point infrastructure and how the firm could transition to an agile, mobile working environment fit for the demands of “hybrid working”.

Recognising that laptops would be core to their strategy, acquiring 280 new ones would be a significant investment on top of the other costs incurred to get Jackson Lees infrastructure future-proof.
